The situation
Voice calls stutter when the link is busy. Classify voice and mark it so it is treated first.
Build this in Packet Tracer
- Drag 1 router → R1 (one router is enough to configure and read the QoS policy).
- No special cabling needed; you configure and verify with show commands on R1.
What you will do
- Classify the traffic
- Build a policy that prioritises it
- Apply and read it
- Why voice gets priorityquestion
How it works
The lab opens in your browser: a real terminal or desktop, nothing to install. Work through the tasks, press Check after each one and the portal verifies your work. Stuck? Ask for a hint. Finish every task and you get a certificate page with its own verification link for LinkedIn or your CV.
